A VISUALLY STUNNING FLOOR LAMP
Christian Dell created a lamp that tilts forward and back to three positions in 1931. The Kaiser Idell Floor Lamp is based on a world-patented swivel joint and the characteristic dome embossed with "ORIGINAL KAISER-idell". With the first part of the name being for the factory that produced it, the latter is an amalgam of Dell and idee, the German word for “idea.” The Kaiser Idell Floor Lamp by Mobelaris is also perfectly suitable as reading light.
MODERN STYLE & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
Inspired by the original design by Christian Dell, the Kaiser Idell Floor Lamp is lovingly style by Mobelaris to capture the mastery of early modernist lighting. Beautifully balancing form and functionality, this lamp features the same world-patented swivel-joint and a bell shaped shade joined by a rotating tubular stand. The lamps are made of copper and carbon steel and the lampshades are lacquered by hand in black, red, orange, white and beige.
